Bill, who is one of only 1,300 individuals nationwide to hold both the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP™) certification and Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation, joined our Jacksonville, FL office in August 2009. He has ten years of hands-on experience in the wealth management industry including four years as a portfolio manager at a major commercial bank where he managed over $1 billion in equity and fixed income assets for trust, individual, charitable, and corporate clients and four years as a money manager research analyst.

Bill and his wife, Michelle have lived in Clay County, Florida since 1999. They celebrated the birth of their first child, Courtney Belle, in May 2005 and their second child, William James in December 2007. When not working or involved with family activities, Bill dedicates significant time to Rotary Club of Southpoint, Stetson University Alumni Board, Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, Lutheran Social Services, Clarke School for the Deaf, Financial Planning Association of Northeast Florida, and CFA Society of Jacksonville. Bill is a graduate of Stetson University in Deland, Florida.

Bill is an avid fisherman and can be found with his family most weekends on the beach or at the lake. Bill and his family also love to travel, with Hawaii clocking in as their number one favorite destination. So far Bill, Michelle and the kids have visited The Aloha State three times – including a visit when Will was only 5 months old. Bill’s other passion is The Jacksonville Jaguars and he describes himself as “a die-hard fan” who has been a season ticket holder for 8 years.
